Selected five-times to play in the NFL Pro Bowl, Jay played for the St Louis / Phoenix Cardinals and the Dallas Cowboys.

Now retired, Jay calls upon years of public exposure, not to mention playing in three Super Bowls, to serve as inspiration as a motivational speaker.
